Town Planning Board

Board normally meets the 1st Monday of every month and can be verified by checking the monthly Town calendar on this website and the Town sign located outside Town hall. Board members make decisions on site plan and subdivision applications.  In addition, they make recommendations on zoning changes and any other issues referred to them by the Town Board.
