This is an opportunity to have repairs done to your home such as, a new roof, new furnace, new windows, insulation, new siding, or upgrade plumbing and/or electrical. Your cost as the homeowner, would be either zero, or forty percent (40%) of the total cost, based on your income and the number of people in your household.
