This is an opportunity to have repairs done to your home such as, a new roof, new furnace, new windows, insulation, new siding, or upgrade plumbing and/or electrical.  Your cost as the homeowner, would be either zero, or forty percent (40%) of the total cost, based on your income and the number of people in your household.  For more information call (585) 657-4114 for Bishop Sheen Housing Foundation or visit their website at www.sheenhousing.org   It is a non-profit agency that administers home repair grant monies for low income families, persons with disabilities, veterans and seniors (persons 60 years of age or older). There are homeowners in the area who are already taking advantage of this opportunity.
